Honest service, no pressure and a warranty that came through

I purchased a 2021 Volkswagen Tiguan R-Line Tech from Mark in November last year. On the day, Mark had two Tiguans prepared for myself and my partner to view, both valeted and in excellent condition. He gave us a clear overview of the vehicles and allowed us plenty of time and space to inspect them without any sales pressure, which we really appreciated. After a test drive, we were confident in our choice and decided to go ahead with the purchase. We experienced a few delays with getting our funds in order and arranging insurance, but Mark was incredibly patient and supportive throughout the process. He even recommended a temporary insurance solution, which worked perfectly. The car also came with a six-month Platinum WSG warranty, which gave us added peace of mind. About a month later, we encountered an issue with the auto-locking feature after enabling it. It’s likely something that was missed during Mark's initial checks, but thankfully it was covered by the warranty – saving us what would have been a very costly repair. Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience buying from a private dealer. I’d happily recommend Mark to others.

Very happy with our purchase!

Mark was very responsive and he took us through the vehicle. He was informative but not pushy. He showed us the car and then let us take time to discuss and research. Bottom line, Altus has quality vehicles at competitive prices and Mark stands behind them.

Great and friendly service

Buying a car from Altus Cars was an extremely straight forward and easy process that was an all round great experience. Mark was very helpful and answered any questions in detail and promptly. The car was exactly as described, it was clean and tidy, and he went to the extra effort of having the alloys properly cleaned and prepared so they looked like new. Hopefully I won't need to for a while as I'm very happy with my purchase, but I would certainly buy from Altus Cars (Mark) again.

The description i was given of the vehicle and the pictures married up and to date no issues or complaints whatsoever. Great seller to deal with.

Mark at Altus was great to deal with, he did everything as asked and on time and kept in touch when getting the car ready for collection. He picked my son and myself up from the station as he said he would and on time. He had all the paperwork done promptly and generally tried to make me feel at ease. Now 2 weeks on still enjoying my purchase.
